Our Client (Legal Service)

Each legal subject either individual or legal entity/business that needs legal service, both protection legal interest and legal problem solving. Pratama Indomitra Konsultan – Legal Services in providing legal service, categorizes client into 2 (two) categories, namely:

Case By Case
Case by case client is client for certain case that uses for a particular legal case.

Retainer Client
Retainer Client is permanent client of legal office that holds a contract about legal service with Pratama Indomitra Konsultan – Legal Services within predetermined time period in contract for minimum 1 (one) year.

The benefit of being retainer client is they obtain the main priority in handling a dispute, client may consult about legal problems without being limited throughout contract period, get the service for legal consulting field in terms of contract research or revised contract drafting for litigation service. Retainer client is not imposed fee on the Power of Attorney and administrative fee and get discount for both lawyer fee and seccess fee.
