  • Metode Pelaksanaan RCSA dari Identifikasi risiko hingga tindak lanjut, dan sertifikasi/Assurance.
  • Integrating Risk Management and Internal Control.
  • Teknik statistik untuk analisis kuantitatif pada risiko-risiko operasional dan proyek
  • Value-at-Risk (VaR), Earning-at-Risk (EaR) dan Cash-flow-at-Risk (CFaR);
  • Risk response (teknik-teknik optimisasi, transfer, pencegahan, dan reduksi dengan contoh-contoh kasus) berdasarkanpemhaman mengenai expected loss/risk, unexpected loss/risk, dan scenario analysis.
  • Memahami dan menyelaraskan risk appetite, risk tolerance, risk capital dan risk controls dengan portfolio approach;
  • Memantau dan mengkaji profil risiko (Key Risk Indicators/KRI dan Key Control Indicators/KCI) dikaitkan dengan pencapaian Key Performance Indicators/KPI).
