The nowadays companies cannot ignore the risk management anymore. The highest threat and the missing opportunity due to the bad risk management frequently are the major cause for the dissolution as what happened to Baring Banks, Lehman Brothers, or the missing of Company’s strategic position of their competitor, as what happened to General Motors vis-a-vis Toyota or Ericson vis-a-vis in the last decade.

The challenge is how to anticipate and optimize the comprehensive and integrative risk (either downside/threat or upside/opportunity) as well as to bulid the organization with the sustainable leadership cost that becomes the requirement to create and have the competitiveness (competitive advantage).
